Privacy information

Callback requests collect your business name, name, email, optional phone and the business information you choose to provide. Prosper AI Systems uses these details to respond to your enquiry. Requests are stored through Netlify Forms.

Business accounts store the customers, quotations, notes and follow-ups entered by the account holder in Supabase. Access is restricted to that business account. Account holders can export their records from Settings and are responsible for entering customer information they are entitled to use.

The interactive public demo uses fictional records. Changes to the demo stay in your browser session. Signed-in accounts use browser storage to maintain their sign-in session; the app does not add advertising trackers.

To request access, correction or deletion of information held by Prosper AI Systems, use the contact form and describe your request when we respond. Account and data deletion is handled personally, so records are not removed accidentally.

Prosper AI Systems responds to privacy requests and maintains the retention policy for its use of the service. Business users should provide their own privacy information to their customers.
