How it works

Three parts of the system: who to follow up, what to say, and when to stop. Add the quote by hand, or import a CSV of up to 500 rows. Existing references are kept. Saving a quote creates its 14-stage schedule.

  1. 1

    Who to chase today

Today’s rescues lists follow-ups that are due or overdue. The dashboard shows outstanding quoted value, due today, overdue, and high priority — a score of 50 or higher.

  2. 2

    What to say

The library covers 14 stages and five tones: Friendly, Direct, Value-led, Light urgency and Final check-in. You can edit the wording. Copy the draft or open it in your own email. In Assisted mode a draft waits for you to review. You send it yourself from your own email.

  3. 3

    When to stop

The schedule ends at stage 14 with a polite close-out. That final message closes the quote and says you will not keep following up. It is a courteous ending, in place of another chase.

After you make contact, record it, reschedule, or skip the stage. Move the quote through the pipeline, including won or lost, and keep the history with the quote.

The system, in one workspace

  • The open quotes, in pounds

Outstanding quoted value, follow-ups and recorded wins sit on one dashboard. Figures are shown in pounds sterling.

  • A list for today

Due today, overdue, and high priority — a score of 50 or higher — are called out, so the next follow-up is not left to memory.

  • Words you can change

Messages can use the customer, the service, the quote value and the reference. Friendly, Direct, Value-led, Light urgency and Final check-in are the five tones.

  • You stay in charge of sending

Manual mode: you review and send every follow-up. Assisted mode: Quote Rescue Engine prepares the draft for your review. You send it from your own email (open in email, or copy). Copying a draft does not mark it as sent.

  • A pipeline you can scan

Quotes are grouped by status, from new through follow-up, won and lost. Search customers and quotes from the same workspace.

  • Your records, exportable

Import a CSV, then export quotes as CSV or the full record as JSON, including follow-ups, history and message edits. A signed-in account can restore from that JSON file.
