These terms cover the Quote Rescue Engine subscription provided by Prosper AI Systems. Please read them before you subscribe.
Who we are
Prosper AI Systems is a sole trader business. It is not a registered company. The business is based at Venture Towers, Portsmouth, PO1 5DL. You can contact us at info@prosperaisystems.co.uk.
The subscription
The plan is £29 per month. It is billed monthly through our checkout. Quote Rescue Engine is for business use only. You can cancel at any time by emailing info@prosperaisystems.co.uk. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid month and you keep access until then. We don't give partial refunds for unused time.
Your account
You sign in with your email. You are responsible for keeping access to that email address and for the activity on your account.
Messages you send
Quote Rescue Engine prepares drafts. You send or approve the messages that go to your own customers. You are responsible for those messages, and for having the right to contact those people.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully. Do not use it to send unlawful, misleading or harassing messages, to interfere with the service, or to access another account without permission.
Your data
Personal data is handled as described on our privacy page, under UK GDPR. You are responsible for the customer information you choose to enter.
The service
The service is provided as is. We aim to keep it available on a reasonable basis. We do not guarantee a particular result, recovered revenue, or uninterrupted access. Figures shown in the service or on the website are estimates.
Liability
Our liability to you for the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the previous 12 months. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UK law.
Consumers
If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
